Low Profile Load Cells
Accurate, durable and cost-effective, our low profile load cells (pancake load cells) are suitable for a wide range of measuring, testing and laboratory applications including load weighing, fatigue testing, test rigs and force measurement tests. The low profile construction ensures our pancake-style load cells can resist extraneous loads including bending, torque and side loads.
The 100 Series Low Profile Load Cell from Richmond Industries cover a range of capacities:
- 2.5kN, 5kN, 10kN, 25kN and 50kN
- 100kN, 200kN and 300kN
All our low profile load cells can be fitted to our load cell bases, made from precision-machined stainless steel, and supplied with option load button and mating connector. Together, they can provide exceptionally high performance for multiple testing cycles, making them ideal for materials testing.

Low Profile Load Cell base for capacities up to 50kN. The base is Stainless Steel and provides the best possible mounting for our size 1 Low Profile Load Cells. The base has the same M20x2.5 central thread detail as the mating Load Cell. -
Mil Connector with pre wired cable for easy direct connection to our Low Profile Load Cell. -
Stainless Steel Load Button to reduce errors from side loads or misalignment. M20x2.5 thread. -

Low Profile Load Cell base for capacities over 50kN and up to 300kN. Base is Stainless Steel and provides the best possible mounting for our Size 2 Low Profile Load Cells. The base has the same M36x2 central thread detail as the mating Load Cell. -
