    We collect personal data through our Contact Us form. When you complete our Contact Form on our website, you agree to the data in that form being used for the purposes identified above. We will NOT use any information from our Contact Us form for marketing purposes.
  • Shopping Cart
    We collect personal information through forms on our online shop. The data collected via these forms is used to facilitate the sale and provision of goods to you. The e-shop gives you three options:

    • You can create an online account.
    • You can sign into your existing account
    • You can opt for a Guest Checkout, which does not create an online account

    A Billing and Delivery address will be requested for any items purchased regardless of option chosen. Account data will NOT be used for any marketing mailings or emails.

Our payment service providers act as Data Processors for Richmond Industries Ltd. We do not have access to nor store personal data collected by these providers in order for them to fulfil your orders, update your account, etc.
